First of, Happy New Year to our wonderful community! :) Thank you for your ongoing love, support, patience & for sticking with us over the years as we built out the massive ambitious OASIS platform/eco-system! Your patience is about to be rewarded as we finally move to the day we have all been waiting for... launch day! This will be our year and where we will create massive ripples across the web3 space!
As we step into a new year, it’s the perfect moment to pause and thank our community for the incredible support throughout the past twelve months. Your enthusiasm and engagement have fuelled our progress and helped us reach milestones that once seemed distant. Reflecting on the year behind us, we see a story of steady growth, innovation, and collaboration. Looking ahead, we are thrilled to share what’s coming next — a year packed with exciting launches and new partnerships that will shape the future of our ecosystem.
Reflecting on a Year of Achievements
This past year has been a journey of building strong foundations and delivering meaningful updates to our community. We launched several key projects and improved existing platforms, all designed to enhance user experience and expand our capabilities.
WEB4 OASIS API v4.4.4 brought many improvements such as a massively overhauled and upgraded NFT API which now includes NFT Collections, GeoNFT Collections, WEB4 NFT/GeoNFT's now wrap multiple WEB3 NFT's which share metadata with their parent WEB4 NFT/GeoNFT, batching, cross-chain minting/sending & lots more! It also includes improvements to the other API's as well as additional API's such as video, bridging, chat, competition, eggs, files, gifts, health, HyperDrive v2.0, messaging, ONET, ONODE, settings, share, social, stats, subscription & video! Yes, we have been very busy! ;-)
We completed the new WEB5 STAR API v1.1.1 which is being used in the STAR CLI, both of which are about to be released. It has over 20+ new APIs for managing OAPPS, Quests, Missions, NFTs, GeoNFTs, NFT Collections, GeoNFT Collections, Geohotspots, Inventory Items, Zomes, Holons, Celestial Bodies, CelestialSpaces, MetaData & more! It now also includes a new COSMIC API allowing people to create anything they like within their very own multiverse.
Kicked off a new STAR Demo Series on Solstice with our first 4 demos (many more to come this month) along with the official MVP release of STAR ODK/CLI (4.5 years in the making!)
Over 50+ providers for web2 and web3 now completed including Optimism, BNBChain, Bitcoin, Avalanche, Cardano, Bitcoin, Blockstack, Cosmos, Elrond, EOSIO, Ethereum, Fantom, Hashgrapth, Moralis, Near, Polygon, Rootstock, Solana, Telos, Sui, Tron, AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud, GO, Mapbox, WRLD3D, ActivityPub, SOLID, IPFS, Pinata, Scuttlebug, Threefold, ONION, Orion, SEEDS, Neo4j, SQLite, MongoDB & more!
New OASIS HyperDrive v2 which now includes auto load balancing, AI Predictive Failover, Analytics, AI powered Smart Mode & more!
New bespoke P2P ONET which merges all of web2, web3, OASIS HyperDrive, HoloNET (Holochain) and also networking protocols such as http, tcp, websockets, QUIC, gRPC & more into a fully unified API and network of networks, an abstraction layer over everything.
Upgrades to STAR CLI & STARNET with new commands such as nft collections, geonft collections, clone & lots more! There are now over 548 commands!
Deeper integration of the OASIS API & STAR API into Our World.
Upgrading HoloNET to latest version of Holochain (WIP).
New STARNET OASIS Omniverse unity UI to visualize all of the multiverses in STAR 🌟.
P2P Uber replacement partnership built on the OASIS platform in Africa with successful pilot of 500 drivers and 5000 rides!
Overhauled the documentation with brand new README and massive amounts of new documentation including WEB4 OASIS API Reference, WEB5 STAR API Reference, OASIS NFT System Whitepaper, OASIS HyperDrive Whitepaper, OASIS Universal Wallet Whitepaper, HoloNET Whitepaper, STARNET WEB UI Documentation, STAR CLI Documentation, DNA System Guide, OASIS Architecture documentation & diagrams & lots more!

NFT API has been completely rewritten making it truly web4 now wrapping multiple web3 nfts that share the parent web4 nft and optionally overwriting any web4 Meta data meaning your nft appears across multiple chains sharing the same Meta data and allowing variants per chain. Very powerful system, truly web4 now, before it was more web3.5. It's now NFT API v2

What to Expect This Year: Major Launches and Innovations
The coming months promise to be transformative. We are officially launching several flagship projects that will redefine how our community interacts with technology and digital assets.
STAR ODK Closed Alpha MVP Launch
Starting this month or next, we will roll out the closed alpha MVP of STAR ODK. This toolkit is designed to empower developers with new capabilities for building decentralized applications. The alpha phase will focus on gathering feedback and refining core features to ensure a robust and user-friendly experience. If you are interested in taking part in this please join this group here. Once we have gathered additional feedback from our closed alpha testers we will move to a public beta release within Q1...
Our World MVP Launch Around Q1
Following closely, Our World MVP Closed Alpha will enter its launch phase in the first quarter closely followed by the open beta. This platform aims to create immersive phygital environments where users can interact, create, and share GeoNFT's, Quest's, Mission's, GeoHotSpot's, OAPP's and lots more! Our World is built on top of the WEB4 OASIS API and the WEB5 STAR API so will be an important use case of what these can do and will serve as our flagship launch OAPP for the OASIS ecosystem.
OPortal and STARNET Web UI
We are also preparing to launch OPortal, a centralized hub and dashboard for managing digital assets, OAPPs, NFT's, GeoNFT's, Quests, their avatar, data and lots more! It will serve as the web UI to the OASIS platform/ecosystem and is again built on the WEB4 OASIS API and WEB5 STAR API. We currently also have a separate STARNET Web UI but we are currently consindering merging this into the main OPortal. These tools will simplify access and management, making it easier for users to navigate our expanding ecosystem. We will be sharing previews of these very soon...
API Updates
We will release WEB4 OASIS API v4.4.4 and WEB5 STAR API v1.1.1 REST Services, bringing performance improvements and new features (some are listed above) that enhance developer experience and platform capabilities.
OCOIN Token Launch
We will also finally be launching our OCOIN token, something we know a lot of you have been waiting for! More on this soon...
New Partnerships on the Horizon
